Complimentary Memory Screenings and Memory Care Information
Presented by Continuum Healthcare Network
In honor of the Alzheimer’s Association’s The Longest Day, Artis Senior Living of Potomac is please to partner with Continuum Healthcare Network (CHN) to offer FREE memory screenings to our community neighbors. Each screening takes about 20 minutes and CHN will review the results with you.
We’ll also provide Memory Care resources and answer any questions that you, loved ones, and caregivers may have. We’re here for you!
